Textured Double Chocolate and Cream Cheese Cake

This is my latest creation. It's a new recipe I created - a dense double chocolate cake with cream cheese icing. The cake is one that would normally be used for wedding cakes and carved cakes, due to its dense texture. The icing is my cream cheese icing, frosted using a textured method. This cake has gotten the most raved reviews so far!
