Children's Cakes

Howdy! This is the first post to my cakes-a-lot blog. I'll start by showing you some of the children's cakes I've made in the past.



This is a 1/2 sheet double layer Elmo character cake iced with buttercream. The eyes and nose are made out of fondant. This was a really fun cake to make.


This Marge Simpson character cake is a 1/4 sheet single layer dark chocolate cake with buttercream icing and decorations.


This teddy bear themed cake (10" double layer) and smash cake (6" single layer) were made for my son's 1st birthday party. All buttercream except the bears made of fondant.
