We'll call this cake Autumn Leaves. This is a 9" square double layer butter cake with buttercream icing. I used yellow and brown coloring gel to get the golden color icing. Pumpkins and leaves are made of fondant. Another fun Fall cake to make!

Is this the classroom buttercream as well? I love it!
Hi Cat - no this is not class buttercream. It's real buttercream with real butter. I achieved the color by combining yellow and brown gels.
